"Elephant ears" in sesame

(easy to make)











Ingredients:

60 decagram leg of pork
3 eggs
4 tablespoon flour
5 tablespoon breadcrumbs
3 tablespoon sesame
salt

for trimmings: 60 decagram potato, mixed pickles


1, Cut the pork into finger's breadth slices and beat it thin. Break the eggs and beat it with a fork untill it getting foamy. Mix the sesame with the breadcrumbs.

2, Salt the pork slices, coat them in flour, then coat them in egg, the coat them in sesame with breadcrumbs. Fry the slices in hot cooking-oil until each side of the slices getting red.

3, Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut them into middle-sized pieces. Cook them in water with 1 tablespoon of salt for about 30 minutes. Filter it when the potatoes are ready. Boil the oil again and fry the potatoes in it for 5-10 minutes.

Preparation time: 65-75 minutes
